1-10GS-LW - 10G Ethernet Interface - XTran Interface Module with 1x 10Gigabit SFP+ LAN/WAN port)

The 1-10GS-LW interface module (=IFM) supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet according the IEEE 802.3ae-2002 standard with a SFP+ form factor. This standard specifies full duplex point-to-point links. This standard also provides two types of PHY: LAN PHY and WAN PHY. This module provides one 10 Gbps optical LAN/WAN port on the front panel (LAN = Local Area Network; WAN = Wide Area Network) and is configurable via TXCare (=XTran Management System). 1-10GS-LW refers to ‘1 port – 10 Gigabit SFP+ – LAN WAN’.
