This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Belden and the End User.

"Software" means any software of Belden running on a computer (e.g. 'HiDiscovery'), the "Target Application". By installing and / or by using the Software the End User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed to the End User, not sold. Belden and its licensors retain ownership of all copies of the Software.
Limitations and Restrictions.
Except as expressly permitted herein, the End User may not:
- copy the Software, except for archive purposes consistent with the End User's archive procedures;
- transfer the Software to a third party apart from the Target Application;
- modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the Source Code of the Software;
- export the Software in contravention of applicable U.S. and foreign export laws and regulations;
- use the Software other than in connection with operation of the Target Application.
Disclaimer of Warranty.
The Software is "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind. Belden expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including without imitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability.
In no event Belden, its licensors or suppliers shall be liable to the End User for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.
Any further distribution of the Software shall be subject to the same restrictions set forth herein.
With respect to the Software, Belden's licensors are third party beneficiaries of the End User License Agreement and the provisions related to the Software are made expressly for the benefit of, and are enforceable by, Belden and its licensors.
